Zb1 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms governing the use of the zb1 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the zb1 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are advised not to use our platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and zb1 (the platform operator). Continued use of the platform following any published changes to the terms will be deemed full acceptance of the updated terms.

The zb1 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provided during registration is truthful and accurate.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the zb1 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. zb1 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Sharing your login credentials with any other party is strictly prohibited.
  • Accessing your account via unsecured devices or networks is strictly prohibited.
  • Users must log out of their account after each session when using a shared device.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions

As a zb1 platform user, you agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to manipulate, cheat, or otherwise unlawfully influence the outcome of any game or bet.
  • Using your account for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
  • Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information through any channel on the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the zb1 platform's security systems.
  • Registering an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and legal proceedings where necessary.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zb1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, and e-wallets listed in your account's deposit section.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified, depending on your chosen payment method. zb1 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

To make a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified with valid identification documents. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set according to the payment method and are subject to change. Withdrawals to local bank accounts are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Zb1 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, a breach of terms, or any suspicious activity linked to the account in question.

5. Liability Limits, Account & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

Zb1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including anticipated monetary losses, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee of continuous availability.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Zb1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in suspicious activity, or provided false information during registration. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, the account balance may be frozen pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software found on the zb1 platform are the exclusive property of zb1 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any element of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The zb1 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. zb1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Zb1 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version of the applicable terms.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
